Assaulter

Assaulter is a two-dimensional action game where you play as a special assault squad charged with carrying out the most dangerous anti-terrorist missions in the whole world.

Gameplay is a little odd, since you just have to control the movement of your character, making him go forward, back, duck to the ground, and jump. Shots are automatically fired at the closest enemy. Keeping this in mind will help you play the game more fluidly.

The game includes a powerful arsenal of weapons, with assault rifles, rocket launchers, machine guns, sniper rifles, shotguns, grenades, and more. You have more than a half-dozen levels in which to make good use of your firepower.

Assaulter is an entertaining action game that, despite having controls that are a little tricky to get the hang of, is actually very addictive. It has fun graphics that may remind you of Metal Slugs, which isn't a bad thing either.
